I just had my weekly chiropractic adjustment. It feels great to know that now my spine is clear of any nerve interference. Now every cell, tissue, and organ is receiving 100% life energy from the brain. So when I eat my organic food, every nutrient will be assimilated and distributed to every cell of my body. Now when I workout my musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular system will be at peak performance. I also be able to adapt to the stresses of the environment more effectively. All this from a simple chiropractic adjustment. So simple yet so critical for health.

Hope to see you later.

Soooo Cold!!

I think we are spoiled here in California. Whenever the temperature drops below 60 degrees this is freezing for us. Well stay warm and keep moving. Go to the gym and work up a good sweat. This is a good time to go because not many people are working out. They usually take the month off and start after the first the year.

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies this week:

Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups nonfat organic yogurt, 2 cups pesticide free blueberries, 1 organic banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Pear

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Orange

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with Organic lemon Juice and Sparkling Mineral Water.

My chiropractor came by earlier and gave me an awesome adjustment today. I love getting adjusted so all my cells, organs and muscles are getting full life energy from my brain. This helps me perform better in all areas of my life. I'm grateful and thankful for my chiropractor to keep my spine clear of subluxations.

I trained some back and biceps yesterday and today I'm training chest and triceps. My muscles are feeling really strong and I'm sore the few days after my workouts.

Keep following my lead and live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Life works better with a solid foundation.

The beauty about the Chiropractic Lifestyle is that it really goes back to the basics. There are no short cuts to health. There is only a specific lifestyle you must live consistently in order to achieve true health. For all my practice members, keep living the Chiropractic Lifestyle and implement my teachings here. If you are new to the Chiropractic Lifestyle then don't delay another day! Jump in with both feet and never look back. Time is flying by! It's hard to believe it's almost September and I'm still maintaining my health through the Chiropractic Lifestyle. If you want to stay healthy and live a better life, the Chiropractic Lifestyle is the secret. First you need 100% power from the brain by keeping your spine clear of subluxations, second you need high quality fuel, like in the meal meals I teach and practice, and finally you need to move your body every day in the form of exercises and other activities you enjoy. The formula adds up to good health. No pills, potions or lotions needed.

Rain in August?!

That was a strange out of the blue storm we had Monday night. I was just leaving the gym and when I stepped outside I thought they washed the parking lot. Too funny...only in California I guess.

My food plan went really well last week. I just love sticking to the Chiropractic Lifestyle and enjoying great health. I had to attend a wedding party on Saturday and I literally ate anything and everything I wanted with no limitations. When you live a life based on the Chiropractic Lifestyle a little deviation from the plan does no harm at all. Health is all about what you do the majority of your time. It's not about restricting yourself from everything you enjoy all the time. Keep things in balance.

As usual the organic food supplies were affordable as ever:

No changes to my Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Organic Orange

Late Night Snack ~ 2-4 servings (half the bag) of sunflower seeds.

I've been doing my weight training in the mornings and it feels great getting it done early. I think the morning is the best time to work out, that way you won't make excuses to miss your workout in the evening.

Tomorrow I'm getting my weekly spinal check up to clear my spine of subluxations. A clear spine equals full power to all my organs, muscles, and glands.

Movement - A vital component of health!

Moving is so essential for our health. Even when you have an injury you have to start moving as soon as possible. I experienced that a few weeks ago. I was practicing some martial arts with my friend and he over rotated my shoulder. I knew I strained a tendon and was kind of bummed out. I even took a little time off from the gym thinking I needed to rest it. Finally I couldn't wait any longer, I had to keep working out. So I went ahead and started doing some shoulder exercises. When doing them I was feeling my sore shoulder, however during one of my sets I felt a little pop followed by relief. I was amazed to find that my body actually adjusted itself and all it needed was the right movement to facilitate the adjustment. I am so happy that I decided to keep moving and not let pain stop me from my routine. Now my shoulder is back at 100% feeling better than ever. I've also experienced this with different back and neck pains. It's seems like very little rest is needed and returning to normal activities is imperative to help the healing. I have found the best teacher is experience. I learning that the Chiropractic Lifestyle is the secret to healthy living!

My fuel supplies this week were affordable as usual:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Organic Orange

Snack ~ 2-4 servings (half the bag) of sunflower seeds.

I'm going for my adjustment tomorrow by my amazing chiropractor to keep my body on full power. Hope everyone has a great week!

Already August!

It's funny that I read a lot of comments on the internet saying how expensive it is to eat healthy and organic. Obviously I'm showing how it's done. On average I'm only spending about $500 a month on food. I know people who eat junk food spend way more than that. I think it may be just an excuse to keep eating junk food. People need to take responsibility for their health and stop making excuses. I have the solution right here on my blog. I'm leading by example. I love my food plan. I look forward to eating every day. I'm not suffering and I'm not going broke. Try it out and tell a friend.

Here are my food supplies for the week and daily food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Pear

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink,

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Organic Oranges

Snack ~ 2-4 servings (half the bag) of sunflower seeds.

As you can see I switched the shake back to the morning because I read an article that said eating yogurt on an empty stomach can kill the good bacteria. So hopefully this absorption. I also added sunflower seeds as a snack to increase my monounsaturated fat levels.

Hope everyone has a great week!

Summer is flying by!

Wow... you would think by now I would be sick of my food plan. I mean eating the same thing every week may seem strange to most. However, I actually look forward to every meal. I figure food is food, and if I just think of food as fuel, and not entertainment, then sticking to a healthy food/fuel plan is easy. I think consuming super healthy food every day is not only a great idea, but absolutely necessary for good health. As I have mentioned before, I do deviate from my food plan on the weekends and have some "entertainment food". This does break up the monotony and gives me some variety.

This week the food supplies were higher do to the resupply of the fruit and vegetable powders.

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Pear

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink,

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Organic Oranges

Yesterday I had my awesome adjustment by my amazing chiropractor. I love the fact that when I get adjusted it has NOTHING to do with pain relief or feeling good. Just like it doesn't FEEL good to eat broccoli. I eat broccoli because I know it's super healthy for me. I can't feel it but I know it. Just like chiropractic; it's not for feeling good it's for expressing more LIFE and living longer.

I've been squeezing in my exercises this week. Today I'm training legs and shoulders, then doing interval training in the pool.

Remember health is in a lifestyle, not a pill, potion, or lotion. Follow my lead and LIVE the Chiropractic Lifestyle!

Power + Fuel + Movement = Health

I absolutely love the chiropractic lifestyle! It's a pleasure helping people get healthy and stay healthy. Never forget the three essentials that make the chiropractic lifestyle work. You must have a full power supply from the brain, organic nutritious food providing the right fuel, and movement for your body every day. Power + Fuel + Movement = Health.

Here is the fuel supply:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Pear

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink,

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Health is a lifestyle. Every week get your spine checked by a chiropractor, eat organic healthy food, and move your body via exercise or just find an activity you enjoy. So simple but it works :)

It's a lifestyle

I'm really loving my formula for health. Keeping it simple with power, fuel, and movement. I wish more people understood how important having full brain power to the body is for health. Most people I talk to think chiropractic is for stiff necks, achy backs, and headaches. Even though most of those problems go away under chiropractic, that is not what chiropractic is all about. Chiropractic is about your life. Helping you live better and live longer. Nothing works without power and most people walk around like dim light bulbs, barely surviving.

Here's the fuel supply for the week:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Pear

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink,

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Workouts are going awesome! I'm actually feeling stronger in various lifts like the squat and dumbbell bench presses.

Doing it right

Last week went very well. I'm still loving my food plan and look forward to it every day. On the weekends I have been mixing it up and eating other types of food. However, I always drink the shakes every day. I find it amazing how I can dramatically increase my calorie intake on the weekends but still don't go into fat storage mode. I believe it's because I go back to eating my foundation food plan.

Here's this week's food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 2 Organic Oranges

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

I just got my weekly spinal check-up and had an awesome adjustment by my chiropractor. My workouts are going great. Lately I've been working out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, doing two muscles at a time. I do my cardio in the pool for about 20 minutes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays.

See staying healthy is easy. Remember the formula: Power + Fuel + Movement = Life :).

This heat is crazy!

Wow it has been super hot here in San Jose this past week. I'm starting to think I'm living in Arizona!

Keeping healthy and fit has never been easier. The secret to health is the Chiropractic Lifestyle. As humans, we need three basic necessities for health and optimal function. They are power, fuel, and movement. Power comes from the brain, fuel comes from food, and movement comes from exercise. This is a very simple life plan to follow and I'm demonstrating how it's done.

Food supplies for the week:

Living Life & Having Fun

Staying healthy is really fun and easy! I had another great week of following the Chiropractic Lifestyle.
My food supplies are just a little bit more than last week. The reason why is because when I buy the walnuts and chia seeds they last me two weeks and they cost me about $13 bucks all together, so this can make a difference in my bill.

Here's the weekly food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

I skipped out on the oranges because they didn't have any.

I'm going for my weekly spinal check up tomorrow. I just got back from the gym and I trained legs and shoulders. I love those squats, such a great full body exercise.

Who's ready for summer?

I had another great week of being healthy and staying fit. I really love the fact that I can stick to my foundation food plan during the week and eat anything I want on the weekends. This has been working great for me. I'm staying lean and my body is functioning at an optimal level.

Here are the food supplies for the week:

Staying Consistent

Another great week of living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I have tons of energy and feel amazing. My food supplies for the week were cheaper than usual because Trader Joe's was out of organic apples and organic oranges. I'm going later today to restock. I definitely don't recommend shopping at TJ's on Sunday. People mob that place. Ideally the best time to go would be Monday because everything is stocked up again.

Here's the weekly food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake,

Summer is almost here!

One of the benefits of living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is looking good! I have always told people that getting fit is for health and not vanity. However a side effect of getting healthy is a lean physique. Maintaining your health through the Chiropractic Lifestyle allows you to feel comfortable in your own skin. Summer is right around the corner and there are going to be plenty of pool parties, beach bbq's, and fun days at the park. So why not do what I do and get started on the Chiropractic Lifestyle.

The first, and most important step, is to get your spine checked for subluxations every week! Your nerves and spinal cord must be free of interference in order for all your organs, tissues and cells to function properly.   Subluxations are usually painless, so get checked regularly to ensure healthy nerve flow.

Next is eating healthy organic food every 3 hours. I have been demonstrating every week the ideal food plan to follow. Just eat like me and you will have all the nutrition your body needs to repair cells, heal from injuries, and protect your body from free radicals. The food plan I teach, recommend and practice is the foundation of food you should be eating every week. If you don't want to eat the same food then try to get as close as possible to what I'm eating. You are allowed to eat other foods sometimes, but you should always go back to your foundation meal plan every week.

As you can see eating organic and healthy is affordable:

Here's the weekly food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups non-fat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake,

So now you have full power going to your body from your brain giving every cell of your body vital life messages. Then you fuel your body with the right kinds of food. Next it's time to move your body and stimulate all your muscles, joints, tendons, blood vessels. Your body craves movements. If you don't exercise your body will get weak and stiff.

Health is Wealth

I hope everyone had an awesome Memorial day weekend! Remember we are all allowed to live the way we do, in the United States, because millions of people died protecting our freedom. Never forget the great sacrifice young men and women have made for your liberties.

I love the Chiropractic Lifestyle!! I've had my weekly spinal check-up and adjustment, and now I'm ready to fuel my body with organic food.

Here's my food supply for the week:

No changes in the food plan this week:

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups non-fat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 organic apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 2 organic oranges

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake,

As you can tell from previous posts, I have stuck with the non-fat yogurt. At first I didn't like the taste, but for some reason I like it now. I especially like it now because I was reading an article yesterday that said consuming regular fat dairy products can expose one to high levels of estrogen. This was actually a study published in the "Journal of the National Cancer Institute". You can read it yourself here: High Fat Dairy

My exercise sessions have been going great. I'm maintaining my lean muscle and keeping the fat away. I have not been hitting the pool for the last few weeks, but will get back in there soon. Skipping out on cardio doesn't seem to affect my body fat levels.

Well thanks for reading this week! Remember if you want a better quality and quantity of life, then you must live the Chiropractic Lifestyle!

Express Life Love Life

I love the Chiropractic Lifestyle! My nervous system is surging on full power because I get my weekly spinal check-ups, my organic food is nourishing every cell of my body, and my regular exercise is keeping my muscles, joints and cardiovascular system at peak performance.

The side effect of the Chiropractic Lifestyle is maximum healing, boundless youthful energy, mental acuity, and quality sleep.

The food plan is affordable as ever:

I get my spices at Target because Trader Joe's doesn't have the spices I like.

The food plan is the same this week.

Breakfast (9am) ~ 2 cups non-fat yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbs raw organic honey

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 organic apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 2 organic oranges

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

On the weekends I will allow myself any kind of food that I desire. I find that I still prefer healthy food unless of course it's pizza!

Eating right is all about moderation. Since I have already met my health goals, I'm teaching people how to maintain health. When you are maintaining, eating a few "cheat" meals will not cause the body any harm, as long as you are sticking to the fundamental meal plan.

Well have a good week and hope to see you in here soon to get your spine checked!

Happy Cinco de Mayo ðŸŧ
