Year of the Tiger ðŸŊ

Wow, this month went by so fast! I wonder if this is going to set the tone for the rest of the year ðŸĪ”

The food plan is going awesome! I look forward to and love every meal that I eat. Chicken, eggs, and hashbrowns are so delicious. I started getting chicken thighs that have bones and skin, and I just rip off the skin and cook up the thighs. The price difference is huge between boneless/skinless thighs and bone-in/skin thighs. The bone-in thighs are only $1.99 per lbs. and the boneless are $5.99 per lbs. ðŸĪ·

The exercise plan is phenomenal! I’m still going every day, doing my cardio for 40 minutes, and then I do my weight training for about 40 minutes.

My spine is feeling great! I’m keeping it moving, in alignment, and strong. These are the basics of spine care: MAS ~ Mobility, Alignment, and Strength.

Health is Wealth 💰

Hello! I hope everyone is having an amazing year so far. Things are still going great with the Chiropractic Lifestyle. The food plan is better than ever, and ever since dropping my protein levels, I have not noticed any difference in performance. If anything, I actually feel stronger ðŸĪ·

I’m actually already noticing a drop in people in the gym. Since I’m in the gym every day at 5:30 am I get to know the regulars. There were a few new people a couple of weeks ago, but they have already disappeared. Hopefully, they reconsider and come on back.

Health is the most important thing you have and you must make it a priority to get and stay healthy every day. It’s more important than your job, your family, or anything else you value. You can’t do anything without your health, and health is one thing money can’t buy.

I hear this all the time how people can’t exercise or eat healthy because they don’t have time. Well, if you know these people try to explain to them that they have to make time and be committed to getting and staying healthy.

Eye of the Tiger 👁️

Rock and roll are here to stay! Keep pumping and pushing forward.

For me, every day is the same. I just stick with the plan. I begin every day with exercise and then I stick to the same food plan every day. I love my food plan; it brings me satisfaction and satiation.

Follow my lead and you too can stay lean, healthy, and strong. Nothing to it but to do it. It’s so easy.

Successful people are consistent, focused, and determined. Keep the positive self-talk going. A positive attitude can go a long way in helping you stay motivated and committed to your dreams and goals.

New Year, New You!

The time has come to realize your dreams and live your best life. Stay on track with your goals and never give up!

The Chiropractic Food Plan is better than ever. I’ve really enjoyed my recent modifications and it seems to be in alignment with my goals and preferences.

The exercise plan is still going strong and I’m maintaining my lean muscle and strength. My endurance is better than ever from the daily cardio I do, and my body fat levels are at an all-time low.

Sustainability and optimal function is the goal for a long and healthy life.
