Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful 4th of July weekend! Remember, if you end up drinking alcohol definitely do not drive. It's much cheaper to call an Uber or Lyft, than it is getting a DUI.

The Chiropractic Lifestyle is all about living in moderation. It's OK to deviate from your food plan and indulge in some good food at a 4th of July party. One meal, or one day of eating unhealthy foods, will not sabotage your health. So feel free to eat, drink and be happy!

Summer is about to kick off!!

People ask me all the time, "how do you eat the same thing everyday?", and I always say that you have to think of food as fuel. Food gives you the macro and micro nutrients your body needs for repair, growth, healing and regeneration. Food should only occasionally be used as entertainment.

Everything in life should be in moderation. If you do too much of anything it can be detrimental to your health and well being. So if you want to pick one day out of the week where you eat what you want and have fun with your friends...then go for it! Your eating plan for M-F should be exactly the same. You put the work in during the week and let loose on the weekend! It's a very easy routine that I've been doing now for over 4 years and I'm in the best health of my life. My body fat levels have never been lower. It really works!

Who's Ready For The Beach?!

A great side effect of living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is having a lean physique. This is something you can maintain year round with minimal effort. I hear about people everyday who kill themselves in the gym, doing countless hours on the treadmill and doing crazy workouts; all in efforts to rid the body of fat.

Fortunately we don't have to do all that. We the people living the Chiropractic Lifestyle, stay well adjusted, consume a diet that promotes fat burning and do very little exercise to stay super healthy.

Remember people just keep it simple and keep living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. If you stay the course, you will stay healthy.
