Get Ready For A Hot Weekend!

Never shop at Trader Joe's on a Monday evening! They were out of everything. I'm going to have to make a second trip this week. Hopefully they get some more lemons, bananas and apples in. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 10 oz Coconut Water, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled range free eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake10 oz Alkaline Water, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Grass-Fed Beef, 10 oz pineapple

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.

I'm a week late with this post. I was so busy last week I forgot to post my weekly blog. I'm still leading by example and living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. It's so easy anyone can do it.

Love your Health!

A lot of people take health for granted. As long as a person is feeling relatively good, without major symptoms, people don't think twice about their health. But when a crisis happens and symptoms kick in, this is when people become frantic, and sometimes even desperate, trying to get their health back. 

This is a challenging factor for myself and other healthcare providers when teaching people a lifestyle geared towards preserving and maintaining a healthy body. 

Recent research has found that the key to preventing disease and maintain full function, is all in the lifestyle one keeps. Yes genetics can play a role, but studies show how you live your life is more powerful and can overcome genetic predisposition. This means you are in complete control of your health. 

If you keep living the Chiropractic Lifestyle you will live long and thrive. Be proactive in your health and be consistent. I will keep leading the way and be by your side, helping you stay alive and healthy.
