Merry Christmas! πŸŽ…πŸŽ„πŸŽ⛄

Who has finished their Christmas shopping?! I hope you aren't that poor soul who is struggling to find last-minute gifts at Target on Christmas eve.....

I can't help with your Christmas shopping but I can help you live a longer, healthier, and happier life. The holiday parties are here and the good times are in full swing. Remember to eat, drink, and be happy. Don't worry about a "diet" or missing a few workouts. This storm shall pass and you will prevail. When you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle, your healthy habits give you wiggle room for those weak moments or special occasions. Just enjoy life, live it up, and don't feel guilty.

The Frozen Chosen ❄️⛄

Still cold and it's about to get colder! Don't let a little cold stop your health and fitness. Sometimes when it gets cold people get lazy. Just dress for the cold, get a good sweat going and you'll be fine.

Now that we are in the midst of the holidays it may be harder for you to keep eating healthy. Well, try not to worry and just eat, drink and be happy. A little deviation from your food plan is fine every once in awhile. One bad meal, one bad day or one bad weekend will not sabotage your health goals. Everything is in moderation. The key is consistency. It's what you do all the time that counts.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week and please stay warm my friends!

Dry and Cold!

I hope everyone had another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! If you follow my lead and do what I do, you too can be healthy for life.

I plan on doing this my whole life, so the plan is, I hope to live to the ripe old age of 100. I just don't want to live that long, I want to be old, fit, healthy, with 100% normal function in my body at 100. I believe I can maintain my health for that long and I believe you can have the same.

I am fully committed to being healthy, staying healthy, and helping others do the same. I will be your leader in health for a lifetime.

Hello December! ❄⛄🌊

Wow, this year has flown by! I can't believe how fast time goes.

I had another great week living, teaching, and promoting the Chiropractic Lifestyle. It's all about maintaining normal structure and physiological function. This is accomplished through spinal alignment, exercise, and good nutrition.

The recent changes to my food plan have been working out great for me. Even though I increased my caloric intake significantly, I've had no increase in body fat. This is primarily due to the quality and types of food I chose to consume.

I believe that the most important substance you have to completely eliminate from your food plan is sugar. It is really important to read food labels and be really careful when eating out to make sure the food you are eating contains no sugar.

Fruit sugar is fine to a certain extent, but any other type of sugar must be avoided at all cost.

I know this is difficult around this time of year, but when you stop sugar long enough, you will lose your sweet tooth.
