Bye Bye July!

Wow, time sure does fly by! You should really appreciate your life because it goes by faster than you think.

I had another fantastic week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! I ended up changing my food plan again because I discovered I wasn't getting enough fiber and potassium in my diet. This caused me to increase my consumption of fruits and vegetables.

Just like I've been doing over the years, you also need to tweak your food plan in alignment with your goals and nutritional needs. I'm here to give you a general outline and it's up to you to fill in the details.

Summertime Abs!

One of the benefits of living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is having a lean physique. When you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle you get to be lean all year long. Being lean is not necessarily the goal but it ends up being a side effect. The great thing about living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is that you get to be healthy on the inside and on the outside.

Remember your health should be your priority above and beyond anything else. If you are not healthy you can't work, enjoy your hobbies or do the things you need to do for the ones you treasure the most.

Please don't take your health lightly. It is not for vanity or to look good at the beach. Health is your livelihood!

Summer Days Are Here!

I hope everyone had another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle!

My recent food plan changes were OK. I wasn't hungry but I did feel a drop in performance in the gym. So next week I'm going to switch back to 12 whole eggs every day. I've already started doing this yesterday and will continue forward. I'll do 6 eggs in one meal then the next 6 eggs in the subsequent meal.

Remember to always tweak and change your food plan to make it work for your lifestyle and body composition goals.

Hello July!

I'm loving my new food plan! I do notice that I am getting leaner with this food plan and ironically I'm doing less cardio. I actually don't really do cardio, just calisthenics and weight training. I have found though that the biggest changes to my body composition has been with food intake manipulation.

A lot of people think they have to do hours of cardio every week to get lean, or they think they have to do some special exercises to focus on leaning out a certain area. The truth is when you control what you eat every week you can be as lean as you like even without doing any cardio.

However, cardio is still really important for your cardiovascular health. You should still be doing cardio for that reason, but when it comes to getting lean and burning fat, focus on your diet!
