Go Sharks!!!

Wow it's so awesome that the Sharks finally made it to the Stanley Cup Final! Now if only the Warriors can win the next 3 games and make it back to the championships. 

I had another great week living, teaching and practicing the Chiropractic Lifestyle. My food plan is amazing and gives me lots of energy all day. My workouts are going great as well. I recently had my blood pressure checked and the results are incredible!

Heat Wave!

Here comes the heat! Are you ready for summer?

Go Warriors!

This is a great time to be a bay area sports fan! I'm keeping my fingers crossed, that both the Warriors and the Sharks win the championships. 

Did you know that every NBA team and every NHL team has a Chiropractor on their health care team keeping the players in the game? In fact all the best athletes in the world see a Chiropractor on a regular basis. Professional athletes have known for years that Chiropractic is best used to enhance and maintain optimal function.

As a regular person, who just wants to stay healthy and maintain normal function as they age, can learn a lot from pro athletes. Essentially they are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. What works for the best performers in the world can work for you to.

May Already??

I'm having another fantastic week living, teaching and experiencing the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I love being healthy and the side effect is a leaner and stronger body! 

Yesterday I had one of my strongest leg workouts ever! My squats and deadlifts feel stronger than ever. I'm not even trying to get stronger but my body continues to improve.
