Happy 4th of July!

Looks like it's going to be a beautiful 4th of July weekend! Make sure you squeeze in here and get your weekly adjustment before all the fun this weekend.

Mid-afternoon (2pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs from local Chicken Coop, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Dinner (5pm) ~ 16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.

Health is my Wealth!

You could be the richest person in the world but if you don't have your health, than you have nothing. Health is the one thing you can not buy back. Most people who feel no pain or symptoms, think they are "healthy". Health is not a feeling, it's a state of being. 

Take Jim Fixx for example, he was a famous runner back in the 70's and 80's. He would run everyday, eat healthy food, never smoked and never drank alcohol. But one day he was doing one of his daily runs and dropped dead of a heart attack at the age of 52! Jim felt amazing, but he had no idea his coronary arteries were blocked by 70-90%. 

The one thing Jim Fixx didn't do was go to a chiropractor on a regular basis. He almost had the perfect lifestyle, but he forgot to eliminate stress on his nervous system on a regular basis.

Having a healthy nervous system free of stress is a key factor in the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Your nervous system controls everything. Getting adjusted on a regular basis helps you live a longer, healthier and happier life.

Bring on the heat!

I hope everyone had another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Life is amazing when you have your health and 100% function. The secret to a long and healthy life is the Chiropractic Lifestyle I teach and promote. 

As you can see below, I made a few changes to the food plan. I'm constantly improving, adapting and changing the Chiropractic food plan, so it's in alignment with my energy needs.

Here Comes Summer!!

Wow...I can't believe it's already June!! I'm so glad I'm living the Chiropractic Lifestyle, because I know I will have boundless energy to do anything I want. I couldn't tell you how many people I hear say that they are always tired or have no energy. Well the secret, as my practice members know, is to live the Chiropractic Lifestyle!
