Hot August Nights!

I'm definitely enjoying these last days of summer! My workouts are going awesome. I'm feeling stronger than ever and I constantly feel like I'm making gains. My Chiropractic Lifestyle Food  Plan is so awesome and I always feel full with lots of energy. The other day I was at the gym and I took an antioxidant test. The results showed I was off the charts! The person performing the exam said I had the highest score she ever saw.

July is flying by!

I had another great week of eating healthy and exercising. My workouts have been amazing. I'm stronger now than I ever have been in my whole life. I'm setting personal records with almost every workout. I had an awesome adjustment yesterday, so now my body is recharged and ready for a new week.

Summer time fun!

Another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! The more I do this the easier it is. I love getting adjusted every week, eating good food, and exercising. It's so easy once you get in the habit; and the benefits are living longer, youthful energy, and being able to do anything you want without having age as a limitation. Welcome Summer!

Summer is finally here! Time to get outdoors and play. Exercise doesn't always have to be in the gym. Just go do something fun but strenuous. The key is to stay active and keep moving. You can go bike riding, hiking, surfing, swimming, tennis, softball, volleyball, golf and so much more. Motion is life, stagnation is death. Living the Healthy Life!

I just had an amazing adjustment by my chiropractor. I go every week to get adjusted and I have no symptoms at all. So why do I go? Because chiropractic is not about treating symptoms. Chiropractic is about reducing or eliminating stress on the nervous system so this body I have will live longer and thrive. Now that I have full power to my body from my brain, I fuel my body with organic healthy food. As you can see below it is NOT expensive to eat healthy!

Heat Wave!

Wow it has been super hot here in San Jose! I'm looking forward to putting in some beach time. It's amazing how Santa Cruz cools off so much in the evening once the sun goes down. 

So last week went very well as expected. I got my weekly adjustment, been doing my daily exercises, and my food plan rocks! I love the Chiropractic Lifestyle. So simple yet so effective in keeping your body working at peak capacity.
