Spring Has Sprung 🌞

Hello, I hope everyone had a healthy and productive week.

I’ve been sticking to the food plan and making it my daily routine. My workouts are going strong. I don’t anticipate any changes anytime soon.

Spring is right around the corner, so get ready for the beach. It should be a fun summer.

All Good in the Hood 😎

Wow, what a game!

I hope everyone had a great time if you watched the game. My team didn’t win but it was still fun. I was a little disappointed in the commercials. They are usually a lot funnier.

The food plan is going strong. I love every meal but I have noticed since I dropped my protein intake, I do get a little hungry in the evening.

The workout plan is going strong and consistent.

Well, I hope everyone has an awesome week!

Go Bengals 💘

Happy Valentine’s Day! ðŸ’Œ

It’s time to wine and dine your valentine!

But first, we have the SUPERBOWL!! I’m going for the Cincinnati Bengals. I hope they win!

Well, enjoy yourself, and don’t worry about being strict on your food plan if you want to have some pizza or something. Like I always say, it’s not what you do sometimes that affects your health, it’s what you do most of the time that makes an impact.

The food plan is going strong for me. I’m loving my oranges now at lunch instead of the potatoes. And I look forward to the delicious honey in the afternoon every day.

The workouts are going strong, and the cardio never gets easier, but it gets done. That’s why I do it first, so I can get it over with. Every time I finish, I feel like I’ve made such an accomplishment.

Good luck this weekend, especially on Valentine’s Day 😉

Lean, Clean, Health Machine 💊🏞

Happy Lunar New Year!

I hope everyone is doing great with their food plan. I switch up some of my carbs this week. So now, I only do potatoes in the morning, and I added oranges for lunch. I also added honey for my last afternoon meal.

My workouts are still going strong and I still have not noticed in performance deficits from dropping my protein intake. I think increasing my carbs might have actually increased my strength a little bit. But I’m not trying to get stronger, just maintain my lean muscle for the rest of my life. I just noticed that because I have to add more weight now during some of my lifts to hit failure.

My food bill has gone down significantly, but unfortunately, my gas expense has doubled ðŸĪ·
