Chilly Willy ❄⛄

The season is definitely changing! I'm trying to get used to these cold mornings and chilly nights. 

I hope everyone had an amazing week filled with good health and success! I know I did. I made a few changes to the food plan. I had to cut back on the eggs before I turn into a chicken!

I'm going to stick with this plan for awhile and see how my body likes it.

Hello October!

Who's ready for some candy! I remember as a child I used to love Halloween. It was the only time of the year where I could get all the candy I wanted. In fact, we used to have competitions to see how many grocery bags of candy we could collect. Now, I don't even eat candy or any sugar. Times sure have changed.
