Hotter than 3 Dogs in a Sauna πŸ•‍πŸ¦ΊπŸ©πŸ•

Well, now we all know what it is like to live in Vegas during the summer! Except, you would need to add about 10 degrees 🀣πŸ”₯ I guess this is the main reason why we all pay such high prices to live in the bay area. I think we usually have some of the best weather in the world.

I hope everyone has been sticking with their food and exercise plan πŸ’ͺ And don't forget your spine!

You have to keep your spine mobile by stretching, exercising, spine rolling, and getting adjusted. Your spine is not going to take care of itself. Your spine is just like your teeth, it needs regular daily maintenance. If you don't take care of it you will lose normal motion and eventually, your vertebrae will start fusing together. It's called frozen spine syndrome. Exactly like a frozen shoulder. Any joint that does not get regular movement will degenerate and fuse together.

All movement in the body originates from the spine. If you don't move your spine you will lose normal function in your whole body. At the end of the day, it is your spine and only you will suffer the consequences of neglect.

Stay healthy my friends πŸ™Œ

Here Comes the Heat πŸ”₯

The heat is on! It's supposed to be really hot all weekend and part of next week. The beaches are closed, but you can still go to the park or the woods!

I had another amazing week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle. My physique is the same and I'm exercising with weights at a friend's house. So I'm able to maintain some muscle and strength.

Be careful out there and tell all your friends and family to stay home if they are sick! It doesn't matter if they have to work or go to the store, the sick must stay home until they are not sick. No exceptions.

No End in Sight πŸ₯Ί

Well at the rate we are going, it doesn't seem like this stay at home order is ever going to end. I just wish they would open up the gyms. If they required me to wear a biohazard suit to workout I would it do it every day.

At least we all can still eat healthy and follow the food plan. Apparently, there has been a meat shortage so I just have to buy anything I can find. At this point, beggars can't be choosers.
