Here Comes the Heat πŸ”₯

The heat is on! It's supposed to be really hot all weekend and part of next week. The beaches are closed, but you can still go to the park or the woods!

I had another amazing week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle. My physique is the same and I'm exercising with weights at a friend's house. So I'm able to maintain some muscle and strength. 

Be careful out there and tell all your friends and family to stay home if they are sick! It doesn't matter if they have to work or go to the store, the sick must stay home until they are not sick. No exceptions.

10 am ~ 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey blended with 8 oz blueberries, 8 oz strawberries, 1 scoop organic green powder, and 5 g creatine.

1 pm 6 chicken eggs scrambled in about 2 oz grass-fed butter.  2 lbs grilled beef, salt, hot sauce, 8 cups of coffee, few ounces of half & half, and occasionally sea salt popcorn.

9 pm ~ 3,500 mg salt and 1 scoop magnesium electrolyte powder in carbonated water
