I hope everyone took my advice and ate all the food you wanted. Remember that it's not one meal or one day that ruins your fitness and health goals. It's what you do every day that matters. 

When you live a healthy lifestyle this gives you a life of moderation and tolerance. Try to get used to the norm being healthy eating and the abnormal being not eating healthy. I've been doing this ever since the beginning and it works wonderfully.
