Fun in the Sun ðŸĨ

Wow, what a week! The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and there’s all sorts of stuff to do!

Staying healthy should be your priority. Everything else comes after. You should value your health more than anything else. A lot of people may argue and say other things are more important. The typical reply is work or money is most important. Well, then how can a person work if they are not healthy? Sure, it depends on their health problem, but regardless, it would be difficult, and usually impossible, to continue working when you have a severe health problem.

This is why you must do everything and anything that is necessary to keep your health and maintain optimal function. It does not matter how inconvenient it is or how difficult, you must make yourself stick to your health plan.

The good news is that I make health easy for you by giving you a Chiropractic Lifestyle health plan that works. I teach you how to eat right, exercise enough, and keep your mobility and function as normal as possible with regular spine care. I lead by example by doing the plan I’m recommending to help motivate, teach, and inspire people to take action.

There is nothing special about me. I’m vulnerable to disease and loss of function just like anyone else. I have simply figured out the basics of health that you need to optimize your health every day. I’m sacrificing my life and time to teach, motivate, and help people get and stay healthy.

Stick with me and you will see the secrets to longevity!

Happy First Day of Summer 🌞🏝️

This Last week, I got to experience a fast for a full day. I drank a lot of water throughout the fast, and surprisingly I wasn’t hungry at all. I felt like my 5 senses were more sensitive and I almost felt a sense of euphoria. However, it was difficult to fall asleep for some reason. When I woke up the next day, I started back on my usual food plan. Ironically, I didn’t feel super hungry.

I did have a cheat day over the weekend which consisted of some popcorn. Not much of a cheat meal but I loved it. I only eat popcorn that’s made with coconut oil or olive oil. I don’t consume sunflower, canola, or other seed oils.

I’m sticking to the morning workouts. I just love getting it all done in the morning. It’s so much easier on my life and my schedule when the workout gets done first thing in the morning.

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather. Get outside, go for a walk, stroll around the park, and get some vitamin D. Tomorrow is the first day of summer, so get ready for many fun adventures ahead!

Suns Out Guns Out ðŸĪ

This week went by so fast! Time really does move faster as you get older. It seems like now, when I blink, 10 years go by ðŸ˜ģ

For me, this helps remind me of how precious life is and how grateful I am to have my health. Real happiness is getting healthy and staying healthy.

It’s been 13 weeks of not having any cheat days. I’m definitely a lot leaner. However, not having cheat days seems to be no different than only having one cheat day per week.

I think having one cheat day out of the week allows you more flexibility in food planning around entertainment. A lot of people use food for entertainment, and when you are out with friends, it would be nice participating in fun activities. Giving yourself a cheat day allows you to still have a life and live a healthy lifestyle.
