Never Forget Our Heros πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

I'm already feeling a difference after eliminating plant food in my diet. I feel better and stronger than ever. My body fat is actually going down even though I'm eating more calories.

I'm only doing 4 grams carbs from my whey protein but I actually have more energy now than when I was doing 200 grams of carbs from fruit and rice.

Hello Winter in May ☔❄

Wow, just when I was in the mood for some sunshine and vitamin D here comes the rain again! We definitely need the water but I'm definitely ready for summer.

So I switched up my food plan a bit and I'm loving it. Instead of a meal replacement shake, I'm just going to do pure whey protein. This will drop my carbs to almost zero. I'm also adding an extra pound of meat just to see how my body reacts to the extra fat and protein.

I find it interesting that people think they need carbs for energy and especially for weight training. From my experience, I find that eating carbs is not necessary to build and maintain lean muscle. I've experimented with this several times and ironically I'm stronger and feel better when I do not eat carbs.

I think life is nothing but an experiment anyway so why not try different things and see what happens? The key with experimentation, like with anything, is consistency. You have to stick with it for a long period of time to see your results.

Not many people have the mental fortitude to stick with something, but the ones who do will experience results other people will never have.

Enjoy your life with optimal function!

Mother Love ♥

I hope everyone had a wonderful mother's day! If it wasn't for your mom you wouldn't be here.

I had another great week living, teaching, promoting, and practicing the Chiropractic Lifestyle. The food plan is on track and I'm thinking about cutting out some more carbs starting at the end of the week.

I'm stronger than ever in the gym. I'm staying consistent and currently, I'm in the best shape of my life. When you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle it's all about staying healthy and maintaining function as you age. What's the point of living if your only good years are in your twenties?! Why not feel like your 25 for the rest of your life. Well, you can when you're living the Chiropractic Lifestyle.

Stay healthy my friends.

Happy May

The weather is beautiful and it's time to get outside!

When it comes to cardio, instead of running on the treadmill like a hamster, get outside and get moving. You can ride your bicycle, go for a hike, run, climb, or anything else you like to do to get your blood pumping. The idea is to make it fun because always doing cardio at the gym can be boring.
