Carpe Diem!

Wow, summer is almost gone! Time sure goes by fast. When you start to get older, time literally slips through your fingers. Anything you want to do in your life just do it. Don't wait. Live without regrets. You only get one life, so go live it.

While you are still alive in this infinite mystery, you might as well experience optimal function. The best way to do that is to live and breath the Chiropractic Lifestyle.

If it works for me it will work for you. I'm nothing special, I'm just an average guy who knows how to follow the principles and it works.

Going Bananas ðŸĶ§

I hope everyone is doing okay during these stressful and uncertain times. I wish we could all go back to normal and live out our lives like we used to.

Life is too short as it is, and especially as we get older, every year is so precious. You don't realize how much you love your hobbies and your lifestyle until it's taken away from you. Well, all we can do is follow the rules and stay positive.

I was doing the math with my food plan and I think I'm was a little deficient in potassium. So I decided to add a few bananas to increase my potassium levels and I added some coconut water to the mix as well. I think it's best to keep your carbohydrate consumption far away from your fat consumption. The reason is because whenever you eat a carbohydrate this spikes your insulin levels. When insulin levels are high fat burning is shut down and your body goes into storage mode. So, if you mix carbs and fats together in the same meal, this could lead to unwanted fat storage in all the wrong places.

The cool thing about your Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan is customization. You can follow the general outline but you need to tweak your macros to fit your energy demands.

Stay the course my friends and do not let our current environment drive you into depression and negativity. Get outside and experience nature as much as possible. Be happy and appreciate your life and your health.

Follow The Plan

If you want results in something you must figure out a plan and follow that plan until you succeed. The Chiropractic Lifestyle is not only a plan but it's a way of life for your health.

Most people don't grasp how important health actually is until they are faced with a health problem. This is why I try to teach people why health is so important and how to stay healthy. I have found that the key to a happy life is to achieve and maintain optimal function.

Optimal function consists of 3 areas when it comes the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Yes, there are lot ways to manage health but I like to keep it simple.

First is Spine Care. A good way to remember how to keep your spine healthy is to maintain 3 things with your spine; Mobility, Alignment and Strength (MAS). You must maintain MAS in your spine.

Second is a Healthy Food Plan. Keep following my lead and tweek it as necessary to meet your energy demands. The key with the food plan is to keep fat and protein high, and keep carbohydrates low. Remember there's no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.

Third is Regular Exercise. Not only is it important to keep you spine moving but your other body parts need movement to. All the joints in your body require movement to stay healthy. Literally, if you don't move it, you lose it.

Simple stuff! Don't make staying healthy and maintaining optimal function difficult. Your body doesn't need much.

Now all you have to do is be careful of chemical toxins in your life like drugs and alcohol because no matter what you do to stay healthy, regular exposure to chemicals can sabotage your efforts and lead to disease.

Happy Birthday America!

I hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!

No more holidays for awhile, so this may help a lot of you stick with the food plan 😉

Remember, health is affected by not what you do sometimes, it's what you do on a regular basis that makes a lasting impact.

Try to stay positive. We will get through this 🙏
