The Daily Grind

I had another fantastic week of being fit and healthy. Once you get to your health and physique goal, it's really easy to maintain.

It's all about establishing a routine and sticking to it. The only difference between me and someone who is not getting results with their health is simply discipline.

If you do the things that other people are not willing to do, then you will experience things that other people will not. Health is in a disciplined consistent lifestyle. Do what I do and stay healthy to 100!

Here Comes The ðŸ”ĨðŸ”ĨðŸ”Ĩ

Healthy and fit with 100% full function to the last day of life! This is the goal with the Chiropractic Lifestyle.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. In order to live life at your optimal capacity, your health must be normal. The question is how do we stay healthy just so we can live our lives? The good news is that I've done the research and experimentation, and I am literally living the life that I'm teaching and promoting. If this stuff really works there's no better way to test that concept by living that life and seeing what happens.

So far, so good! My body fat is lower than high school levels at around 7%, I have more lean muscle, I'm at my strongest I've ever been, I have energy all day, I sleep sound, I feel amazing, I recover fast from injuries, and everything is just better!

This my friends is what I'm doing for you. I'm sacrificing my food, time, and lifestyle so that I can be the example to live by. If I can do this, then anyone can. I'm nothing special. The only way I might be different is that I have passion, willpower, discipline, and I will never give up.

The Chiropractic Lifestyle I'm living and training people to do is really simple...just do it!

Here Comes Summer!

Summer is almost in full swing! Time for the beach and enjoy some sunshine.

We all had another great week here at the Spine Care Center living, teaching, and coaching people on the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I'm loving my new food plan and my workouts are going great.

Everything I do and teach, when it comes to living the Chiropractic Lifestyle, embraces sustainability. A healthy lifestyle is something that is done every day, so if you're miserable and suffering there is no way you can keep that up.

Humans are made to last at least 100 years while maintaining full functionality. The key is to figure out the best lifestyle to accomplish this goal. The Chiropractic Lifestyle is the secret to a long and healthy life.

100 Year Lifestyle

Unfortunately, we are not in control of how long we live. Anything can happen that we didn't expect or see coming that can result in sudden death. The good news is that we are in control of how we feel and function while we are all part of the living.

The Chiropractic Lifestyle embraces the fact that your lifestyle is directly related to how you feel on a regular basis and how your body functions as a whole. The three main lifestyle principles are based on healthy eating, regular exercise, and a healthy spine. There are other things you should be doing as well like eliminating and reducing chemical exposure, stress management, and brain exercises.

Sticking to the basics on a regular basis can help you stay healthy and maintain optimal function to the last do of your existence. You only have one chance at life, so you might as well be healthy enough to enjoy life as you see fit.
