Stay Home Stay Safe ðŸ’Ŋ

During these times of staying home and not doing your normal schedule, you can still stick with the food plan. Especially now, it's imperative that you give your body the necessary nutrition to support a healthy immune system.

As far as exercise goes, you have to be creative and do exercises utilizing objects around your house and your body weight. Maybe after this crisis, it might be a good idea to invest in some exercise equipment to keep at your house in case this quarantine ever happens again.

Try to stay optimistic and please stay home. The best way to avoid infectious diseases is by avoiding other people.

Stay healthy my friends!

Even though you are on lockdown you can still follow your food plan.

Unfortunately, the gyms are all closed so you are going to need to be creative with your workouts.

Hang in there and try to stay optimistic. Hopefully, we all get through this soon so we can move on with our lives. Good luck out there and please stay healthy my friends.

Health is Priceless

Most people don't think about their health until they have a health problem. Unfortunately, this may be too late. People have to be thinking about maintaining their health every day.

Health care is something you must take care of. The best way to do this is by living the right lifestyle. This is why I promote, teach, and practice the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Remember the three components of the Chiropractic Lifestyle: 1. Spine Care 2. Healthy Food Plan 3. Regular Exercise

I can help you with the spine care and the healthy food plan, but you have to make time for exercise. If your schedule dictates, the best time to exercise is first thing in the morning. This way it is done and you don't have to worry about it.

Just do it and your health will thank you!

Quick and Easy ðŸ’Ŋ

I'm loving how easy, convenient, and effective my current food plan is! Only eating a few times a day opens up a lot of free time to live life. Since my last meal is over at 12:30 pm the rest of the day is open to doing anything without worrying about when or how to eat.

I think a lot of people treat food as entertainment instead of fuel. This is probably why people have so many health problems, and 85% of the American population is overweight. If people aren't eating big meals then they are constantly snacking. You really start to notice this when you cut down to one meal a day.

I'm still feeling absolutely amazing, my performance is better than ever, I'm never hungry, and my body heals faster now.
