Health is Priceless

Most people don't think about their health until they have a health problem. Unfortunately, this may be too late. People have to be thinking about maintaining their health every day. 

Health care is something you must take care of. The best way to do this is by living the right lifestyle. This is why I promote, teach, and practice the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Remember the three components of the Chiropractic Lifestyle: 1. Spine Care 2. Healthy Food Plan 3. Regular Exercise

I can help you with the spine care and the healthy food plan, but you have to make time for exercise. If your schedule dictates, the best time to exercise is first thing in the morning. This way it is done and you don't have to worry about it. 

Just do it and your health will thank you!

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, 1 scoop organic fruit & veggie powder, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training and Stretching

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter (cooked with the eggs), sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics/cardio.
