Quick and Easy ðŸ’Ŋ

I'm loving how easy, convenient, and effective my current food plan is! Only eating a few times a day opens up a lot of free time to live life. Since my last meal is over at 12:30 pm the rest of the day is open to doing anything without worrying about when or how to eat. 

I think a lot of people treat food as entertainment instead of fuel. This is probably why people have so many health problems, and 85% of the American population is overweight. If people aren't eating big meals then they are constantly snacking. You really start to notice this when you cut down to one meal a day. 

I'm still feeling absolutely amazing, my performance is better than ever, I'm never hungry, and my body heals faster now. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, 1 scoop organic fruit powder, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter (cooked with the eggs), sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics.
