I'm blown away about how much stronger I've been getting in the gym. I've literally been working out for over 37 years and over the past 10 years I have been sort of strong but my strength levels would fluctuate from week to week. 

Over the past 10 months, since I made a major food plan change, I have been bursting through strength plateaus like never before. Currently, I am stronger and leaner than I've ever been before in my entire life! So if you need proof that the Chiropractic Lifestyle works I'm it.

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, 1 scoop organic green powder, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter (cooked with the eggs), sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics.
