Stay Focused

Staying healthy and sticking to the plan requires self-discipline, will power, motivation, and laser life focus. Eventually, the plan becomes the norm and then you are just living a healthy life effortlessly. 

Anything you try that's new for you will be hard at first. But when you stick to it and never give up you will be successful in anything you want to achieve. Where there's a will there's a way. Every day you must practice healthy habits that maintain your health. 

I've made the process easy for you by giving you the blueprints. All you have to do is modify the plan so it fits your life. 


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter, sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics.
