Health Maintenance

Health must be maintained. Health is a lifestyle or a way of life. Once you get healthy, you can't just throw in the towel and think you're done. You must keep up with your healthy habits for the rest of your life. It's all about consistency. You must consistently do the things I teach to maintain your health over your lifetime. 

The Chiropractic Lifestyle provides you with the easiest way to stay healthy. I've spent my whole life experimenting, learning, and trying different things to finally figure it out and help other people.

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, 1 scoop organic green powder, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter (cooked with the eggs), sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics.
