Happy Valentine's Week 💌

With the day of love almost upon us, there's no better time than to love yourself! There's nothing wrong with loving yourself and your life. Your life is a precious miracle and every day is a gift. 

The best way to love yourself is by taking care of yourself. Your body does require lifetime maintenance. How you feel and function when you are 50, 60, 70 years old and beyond, will entirely depend on the lifestyle you live today. 

If you're living the Chiropractic Lifestyle that I teach, promote, train, and practice, you will thrive until the last day you are alive! There's nothing to it but to stick to it. If I can do it so can you!

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies: 


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food and Exercise Plan:

7 am ~ 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey, 3 cups organic fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries and peaches), 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, and 5 g creatine.

8 am to 9 am ~ Weight Training

11 am to 12:30 pm 6 pasture-raised chicken eggs (scrambled), 2.5 oz raw milk cheddar cheese (melted on top of eggs), grass-fed butter (cooked with the eggs), sea salt, 2 lbs of Beef, 10 cups of coffee, and a few ounces organic heavy whipping cream.

6 pm to 9 pm ~ Sparkling mineral water, sea salt, and calisthenics.
