Good Habits Over Time

Good health is an accumulation of healthy habits. To be healthy and stay healthy is all about your lifestyle. The good news is I have already figured out the secret lifestyle to help you stay healthy your whole life. The lifestyle is called the Chiropractic Lifestyle. 

It's all about keeping your spine in alignment, eating healthy food and regular exercise. Living this way is a lot easier than you think. That's why I'm here to teach, motivate, educate, initiate and live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. 

If I can do it you can do it. I'm nothing special. I'm just following the plan and my health has never been better!

Meal 1 (7:00am) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 4 grams creatine, 1 Tbsp MCT oil, 10 cups organic black coffee and 1 banana

Meal 2 (10:00am) ~  Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 4 grams creatine, 1 banana and 8oz watermelon

Born in the Back Woods!

I hope everyone had a fabulous week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! I am loving life, my health is better than ever and I love what I do for a living.

No Shortcuts to Health!

I'm really loving my current food plan! I'm never hungry, I have tons of energy, I'm super strong in the gym and I'm burning fat like crazy! I actually don't really have that much fat left to burn but I can see more striations in my muscles more.

My gym workouts are going better than ever. I'm stronger now than I've ever been in my entire life. I guess age really is just a number because I'm definitely stronger and leaner now that when I was in my early 20's. 

My good health and optimal function are entirely based on my Chiropractic Lifestyle I teach and practice myself. Health really is a lifestyle and not in a pill, potion or lotion. 

Keep following my lead and recommendations so you too can stay healthy for a lifetime.

Hot August Nights ðŸ”ĨðŸ”ĨðŸ”Ĩ

Last week was a hot one! It reminded me of when I lived in Okinawa, Japan. 

Well, I am loving my food plan modification. I felt my strength levels all come back. My body definitely doesn't function well when I drop the carbs too low. I was also deficient in fiber and potassium. This is why you need to create a food plan that works for your lifestyle. You can still eat clean, stay lean and still function like a high-performance machine. I can give you a great outline to follow, plus the motivation to be healthy, but a lot of it is finding what works for you via trial and error. 

Turn your desire to be healthy into an obsession. You need to stick with the program and never quit. The rewards are more energy, low body fat, strong muscles and a higher quality of life.
