Keep the Passion ðŸ”ĨðŸ”ĨðŸ”Ĩ

Living the Chiropractic Lifestyle can sometimes be tough when old habits, bad influences, and peer pressures can steer you off course.

Even if you have a lazy day or a rough week, don't let this discourage you from doing what you know is best for your health and functional longevity. Inevitably, it's going to be you that has to deal with a health problem or poor health. This can change your whole life and unfortunately, your money can't buy your health back.

So put in the work at the gym, be disciplined in your eating habits and take care of your spine! This is your body and your body must last your whole life, allowing you to have a more productive and pleasurable life experience.

Here Comes The Sun ☀☀☀

I hope everyone had another great healthy week! Health is something so simple but yet it's the foundation for everything. Maintaining your health has to be a priority. Once you are healthy, staying healthy is found in a lifestyle. The Chiropractic Lifestyle is so simple and easy to follow. All you have to do is practice regular Spine Care, Eat Healthy Food, and Exercise Daily. And of course, you may want to brush your teeth and take a shower sometimes

So why are these 3 factors so critical to health? Well, first of all, your spine is the center of all movement and function in your body. If you let your spine get stiff, rigid, hunched over, then you can't move normally, you will probably be in pain all the time, and it will literally choke the life out of you by interfering with your nervous system. Your nervous system is where your body gets power to function. Even if you have the perfect diet, exercise every day, take vitamins, do yoga, meditate, or whatever if you don't have full power from your brain to your body, all that doesn't matter. Your body still can become weak and dysfunctional. Life energy comes from the brain.

Eating healthy is important because food provides the raw materials and vital nutrients for life in your body. Food is the raw material to build and maintain physiological function in the body.

Exercise keeps everything moving and flowing properly. Our bodies are designed to move and do work, and if we don't move we get weak, stiff, and age faster.

Yes, there are a lot more things you can do to improve function and enhance your life, but these 3 things are the basic fundamentals of health.

This is why I teach, practice, and promote the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I just want to help people stay healthy, be happy, and thrive!

Here I am before my morning cardio at the gym

Fitness Attitude 💊

I hope everyone had another wonderful healthy week! I'm loving my new food plan and my workout schedule. It works great for me and would work great for you.

If you notice I have different times for my eating because on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays I do my weight training at night, so, therefore, I drink my shakes before and after my workouts on those days. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I do my weight training in the morning and hence consume my shakes before and after my workouts.

The mornings I'm not doing my weight training I'm doing my cardio, and only doing 20 minutes of interval training on the StairMaster with a 5-minute warm-up and 5 minutes cool down. For those people who have been keeping track, this cardio thing is new for me and I've only been doing HITT for 2 weeks now. On Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays I've been doing intermittent fasting and my first meal is about 18 hours after my last so this would be a fasting type cardio.

My energy levels have been amazing, my workouts are super strong, and I'm never hungry.

As I'm writing this here is my first meal (almonds not pictured):

Here is a picture of me before my cardio this morning:

Keep going forward and never quit! If you follow my advice and my lifestyle you too can be healthy and fit to 100.

Health is a Wealthy Lifestyle

You can be the richest person in the world but the one thing money can't buy is health. The good news is anybody can have health. All it takes is discipline and consistency. Being and staying healthy is a person's true wealth. Health is the foundation for everything.

Every day you wake up is a gift and your first thought should be, how am I going to practice good health today. Most people take health for granted and they only think about it when they start having symptoms, pain, or dysfunction. The bad news is sometimes when you wait for symptoms it's too late.

A good example is a heart attack. Heart disease usually just doesn't start all of a sudden, it can take years for your coronary arteries to clog up and then one day the blood can't get through and you have a heart attack.

So, as I always say, health is found in a lifestyle. I'm trying to make it easier for you by giving you a lifestyle that works for myself and my patients. This is called the Chiropractic Lifestyle.

Keep following my lead and do what I do, and you too can be healthy and fit to 100!

Happy Easter! 🐰

I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend!

Remember to eat good food and enjoy life. Staying fit and healthy is the key to a happy life, all the rest is just gravy.

Here is me yesterday morning doing some laundry.

The side-effect of living a healthy lifestyle is usually a lean physique. Your goal should be about getting and staying healthy, not just to look good in the mirror. I just like to show you that I'm still staying lean and I'm not a hypocrite.
