Focus On Staying Healthy!

Staying healthy should always be your priority above anything else. It's impossible to work, take care of your family or enjoy your time off if you are not healthy. People have a tendency to put very little effort into their health. Most people believe that the absence of symptoms constitutes good health. Unfortunately, most diseases are silent killers, and when you do have symptoms it's often too late. So don't wait to be healthy!

When it Rains it Pours!

Wow we are really getting hit hard with the rain! 

I hope everyone had a wonderful week. I changed the order of my food intake, so now I don't do a shake before I lift weights in the morning, I just drink my shake right after. I also cut out the berries and bananas for a little bit.
