Follow the Plan

You are what you eat! If you control your food intake, you can maintain a healthy physique. 

The good news is that I cut out all the guesswork to what, how, and when you should eat. Stop making it hard on yourself and just follow my lead. 

All you need to do is customize your macros based on your body size and calorie expenditure and you are in business. The is my favorite website to get you going on that:

Sunny Days

The days are getting longer and the sun is getting hotter, what a great time of year. I think Spring is my favorite season. 

I hope everyone had a great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I'm loving my food plan and my workouts are going fantastic. 

I think the best time to workout is first thing in the morning because you have the most energy and anabolic hormones are at their highest. I have some of the best workouts ever in the morning. If you haven't tried it go for it. At first, it's tough getting up but then your body gets used to it like anything.

Spring Has Almost Sprung!

I hope everyone had a great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Staying healthy all year is easy when you know what to do. When you create the right food plan staying lean all the time is never hard. I think people who restrict themselves from foods they wish they could have is what causes pain and suffering. I teach people to create a sustainable eating plan that you can keep up for the rest of your life. 

When you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle everything is in moderation and this gives you some wiggle room when you really want to indulge.

Join the Club!

Living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is like being in a health club. When you are around other people doing what you do it's a lot easier to maintain. Just like if you are around people who love eating junk food and abusing their health, eventually it may rub off on you.

Your environment can dictate your choices, habits, and even your personality. Always try to surround yourself with like-minded people, which will help you stick with your own personal goals and dreams.

Having a great leader and teacher helps a lot too. This is where I come in. I believe in teaching and leading by example. I'm just an average person who has learned how to create the right healthy habits on a consistent basis to produce a healthy Chiropractic Lifestyle. If it works for me it can work for anybody.

Wow, March just marched in and marched right out! The older I get the faster time goes. I know I can't stop aging but I do have control over the quality of my aging. 

Your quality of life is directly related to the lifestyle you live. If you want to live a life with optimal function then there are certain things you must do to maintain your health. 

The good news is that I have it all figured out for you. All you have to do is live the Chiropractic Lifestyle and you will feel, see, and experience the difference. 

Your healthy years are starting to dwindle if you are not living the right lifestyle. Sure you may feel great now but how are you going to feel when you are 50, 60, 70 and beyond?

You only get one life so you should be able to live life without any interference.
