Sunny Days

The days are getting longer and the sun is getting hotter, what a great time of year. I think Spring is my favorite season. 

I hope everyone had a great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. I'm loving my food plan and my workouts are going fantastic. 

I think the best time to workout is first thing in the morning because you have the most energy and anabolic hormones are at their highest. I have some of the best workouts ever in the morning. If you haven't tried it go for it. At first, it's tough getting up but then your body gets used to it like anything.

Pre-Workout Meal 1  ~ 2 scoops Whey Protein, 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, and Complete Essentials A.M. Pack for Men
