The Rain finally came!

Staying healthy is easy if you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. The 3 pillars of health is a healthy nervous system, healthy food, and daily exercise. This lifestyle I teach is the best way you can live longer, be healthier, and experience more happiness.

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups plain whole fat organic yogurt, 2 cups pesticide free blueberries, 1 organic banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 2 Organic Apples

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Oranges

Snack ~ Sunflower Seeds

Are you ready for Spring?

Well it seems like we skipped over winter this year. We definitely had some cold days but hardly any rain. Hopefully we get some over the next few months. In the mean time the sun is getting stronger and it's almost time to hit the beach. Stay the course and push forward, while living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. The secret to health and longevity is regular chiropractic, healthy food, and exercise. These three are key to a longer and healthier life.

Healthy and Stress Free!

One of the major benefits of living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is reducing or eliminating stress. Stress causes every health problem you can think of. Throughout our lives it is our responsibility to do specific things to reduce our stress levels and increase our stress capacity; if we plan on living a long and healthy life. The easiest way to reduce or eliminate stress is to live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Have no fear I will always be here to teach you, guide you, and live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. My workouts are going awesome. Still sticking to the 3 days on and 1 day off plan. If you want to see me working out then come on down to 24 hour fitness.

I'm also staying consistent with the most important thing I can do for my health, which is regular chiropractic care. My chiropractor is amazing and keeps my spine clear of subluxations.
