Healthy Season!

Getting healthy and staying healthy is simply an accumulation of healthy habits. If you have the right habits done consistently you will keep your health. Our bodies are designed to last a lifetime. The wear and tear we experience is part of the journey. How fast your body wears out is directly related to our lifestyle.

The key 3 elements of health are good food, exercise, and structural alignment. I call this the Chiropractic Lifestyle. This may sound simple and easy, but it's hard for people to understand and practice. For the ones that do believe in the magical 3, they will experience a life full of vitality, energy, and optimal function.

Happy Easter Everyone!

Finding the right food plan can be challenging for a lot of people. It takes a considerable amount of trial and error. Sometimes you get lucky and find a food plan that works perfectly, but even then it's always good to change it up.

Remember to adjust your food intake, or macros, based on your goals, energy demands and lifestyle. I simply train, teach and practice a template you can learn from to help you stay healthy. If something isn't working for you then change it up like I do.
