Bye Bye September!

Time sure does go by fast! I had another great month living, teaching and practicing the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Staying healthy is really easy if you have a plan. The Chiropractic Lifestyle Plan is the best approach to living a long and healthy life.

Here Comes Fall!

Finally we are getting a break from the heat! Hopefully this lasts and we start getting some rain. Living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is going better than ever! It's as easy as 1-2-3 ;)

Stay Health for Life!

Once you get yourself healthy, then it's all about maintenance. There are certain things you must do every day to stay healthy. Just like you have to brush your teeth and take a shower everyday, you have to do specific things to keep your body and mind working at 100%. 

Instead of jumping on Google and trying to figure out how to get and stay healthy, just follow my lead and live the Chiropractic Lifestyle! I've done all the research already and put the research to practice to prove that it works. Keep doing what I'm doing you will live long and thrive!

Heat Wave!

Wow it's been really hot lately! Hopefully by Saturday it's suppose to cool off. 

I had another great week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle! The secret to living a long and healthy life is to do what I do and teach. One is you must get your spine adjusted every week to reduce and lower stress on your nervous system, which affects your whole body. The number one cause of the top 3 things that kill you in life, heart attacks, cancer, and stroke, is stress. It's imperative to consistently reduce your stress levels to have good health and longevity. The best possible way to do this is by getting regular Chiropractic adjustments every week. 

Second, you must eat clean, healthy, organic food on a regular basis. Treat your body like it's a lamborghini. If you want peak performance add the best fuel possible. 

Finally keep moving every day! Sedentary lifestyles will cause you to age faster and predispose you to various types of health problems. You must exercise everyday and stay active. 

See your health is in your hands! Good health is all about the lifestyle you keep. You are not a victim of genetics. Live the lifestyle I promote for optimal health!

Happy September!

Prepare yourselves! Get ready for pumpkin everything!! The holidays are right around the corner, and this time of year is when people start slacking on their food plan and exercise program. Remember, if you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle, it doesn't matter the season, every day, week, month and year are the same. If you have a few holiday foods along the way, that's okay! Everything is in moderation. Just stick to the outline and you will be fine :)
