Here Comes Fall!

Finally we are getting a break from the heat! Hopefully this lasts and we start getting some rain. Living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is going better than ever! It's as easy as 1-2-3 ;) 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (8:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1 Organic Banana, 1/4 cup almonds, 2-3 cups black coffee

Meal 2 (10:30am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Red Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Lunch (12:30pm) ~ 16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries, 1 1/2 cup Pineapple

Dinner (2:30pm) ~  6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
