All Good in the Hood 😎

Wow, what a game!

I hope everyone had a great time if you watched the game. My team didn’t win but it was still fun. I was a little disappointed in the commercials. They are usually a lot funnier.

The food plan is going strong. I love every meal but I have noticed since I dropped my protein intake, I do get a little hungry in the evening.

The workout plan is going strong and consistent.

9 am 👉 12 oz of chicken thighs, 1 ½ cups potatoes, 144 mg Magnesium L-Threonate, vitamin D, vitamin K salt, hot sauce, organic golden milk, brewed cacao with organic coffee, and organic green tea.

12 pm 👉 6 eggs, 1 ½ oz cheese, 2 oz butter, salt, hot sauce, and 2 oranges.

3 pm 👉 11.2 oz coconut water, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 scoop collagen powder blended with 10 oz pineapple, 3 tbsp raw honey, and 1 banana. 200 mg Magnesium Glycinate.
