Who's Ready for Turkey Day?!

With the holidays here a lot of people find it hard to stick with their food plan. That's OK...don't worry about it. The Chiropractic Lifestyle is all about moderation. You are allowed to deviate from the plan every once in a while. You are not on a diet you are on a lifestyle!

So eat, drink and be merry! Enjoy your time with family and friends. Live life, love life and thrive!

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana, 11oz Coconut Water 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (2pm) ~  Isalean Shake, 10 oz pineapple, 1 scoop Red Drink
Dinner (4pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
