Decompress Your Stress!

Stress is in your life on a daily basis. No one can make stress go away forever but you can definitely reduce your stress, and increase your stress tolerance with the Chiropractic Lifestyle!

There are 3 kinds of stress. Most people are familiar with mental stress, but there is also physical stress and chemical stress. Physical stress is a major stress factor and can be helped the most with chiropractic adjustments. If you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle this will also decrease your chemical stress as well. Hopefully living the Chiropractic Lifestyle makes you feel better, so you will notice mentally you are not as stress and you are better able to deal with issues in your life.

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (2pm) ~  Isalean Shake, 10 oz pineapple, 1 scoop Red Drink

Dinner (4pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
