Rain, Rain, and more Rain!

Looks like we are starting to catch up with all this much needed rain! 

I had another great week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle. My workouts are going awesome, my weekly adjustment was terrific and following the food plan was easy!

Keep going! Stay fit and never quit!!

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (2pm) ~  Isalean Shake, 10 oz pineapple, 1 scoop Red Drink
Dinner (4pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds

Snack ~ Organic Popcorn

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
