The Holidays are here!

With the holidays here, it's time to relax and spend some quality time with family and friends. I wish everyone good times and wonderful experiences. 

Definitely don't drink and drive, and please avoid confrontation or arguments with your family. Focus on peace, love and happiness. Life is too short to dwell on the past. Be in the moment, and be grateful for your family and friends.

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (2pm) ~ 6oz Chicken, 10 oz pineapple,

Dinner (4pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds

Snack ~ Organic Popcorn

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
