Happy Halloween!

I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween! Just be careful out there, and watch out for the pumpkin smashers and egg throwers. 

I had another great week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Most people think health is a quick fix, or a pill, potion, or lotion. True health is actually none of those things. If you want a long healthy happy life then you have to live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (2pm) ~  Isalean Shake, 10 oz pineapple, 1 scoop Red Drink

Dinner (4pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple

Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
