Living the Healthy Life!

I just had an amazing adjustment by my chiropractor. I go every week to get adjusted and I have no symptoms at all. So why do I go? Because chiropractic is not about treating symptoms. Chiropractic is about reducing or eliminating stress on the nervous system so this body I have will live longer and thrive. Now that I have full power to my body from my brain, I fuel my body with organic healthy food. As you can see below it is NOT expensive to eat healthy!

Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1 organic pear

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Organic oranges, 1 scoop Red Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.

Snacks ~ Sunflower Seeds
