Who's ready for the beach?

Here comes summer! I'm looking forward to all the festivities that summer brings. I love the long days and the warm nights. When you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle it makes life more fun. 

Food supplies are light this week because I'm going out of town, but I will still be drinking my shakes.

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 7 organic apricots

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Organic pears, 1 scoop Red Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.

Snacks ~ Organic Popcorn, Sunflower Seeds
