Well adjusted!

Regular chiropractic care, healthy food, and daily exercise are the key ingredients to a long and healthy life! I call this the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Not only do I teach and coach my practice members how to live but I also lead by example. Hopefully my leadership will continue to inspire, motivate, and keep people on track.

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:



Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 2 Oranges, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.
