Healthy Living

Last week was awesome! My body is feeling great, I have energy all day long, and I feel really strong. You can feel this way too if you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle like me. I'm demonstrating here how easy the food plan is, and all you have to do is get your spine adjusted every week and do your exercises. Nothing to it but to do it!

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup brown rice, Sea Salt, Pepper, and Frank"s Hot Sauce.  

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Orange, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.
