Go Warriors!

This is a great time to be a bay area sports fan! I'm keeping my fingers crossed, that both the Warriors and the Sharks win the championships. 

Did you know that every NBA team and every NHL team has a Chiropractor on their health care team keeping the players in the game? Well it's been about 3 years and 2 months since I started this blog, and I know I stated I would be posting my picture every 30 days. Well I've been about the same ever since but here is an updated picture of me:

Breakfast (6:30am) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (10:00am) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 10 cups organic black coffee, 1 organic banana, 8oz berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) and 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

Meal 3 (2:00pm) ~ 6 Hard boiled Jumbo eggs, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup raw organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (7:00pm) ~ 16oz Chicken Thighs, seasonings (Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce) 1/4 cup almonds  

Beverages ~ 4 servings Organic Green Tea with a juice of one whole lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.
