Happy Early Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone has a good time this Thanksgiving. Please be safe and eat, drink, and be merry :) I will be sticking to the Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan all week, and on Thanksgiving I will enjoy a wonderful meal. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 cups nonfat organic yogurt, 2 cups pesticide free blueberries, 1 organic banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp raw organic honey

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 2 Organic Apples

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with Organic lemon Juice and Sparkling Mineral Water.

If you are a soda drinker, I would recommend sparkling mineral water instead. You still will get the refreshing sparkling sensation but without all the high fructose corn syrup.

My workouts are going great and I'm staying consistent with my weekly chiropractic adjustments. Staying healthy is really simple when you follow the Chiropractic Lifestyle plan.
