When you follow the Chiropractic Lifestyle we live for these kinds of holidays because frying up steaks on the grill is what we do every day ๐Ÿคฃ

Be careful out there this weekend. If you must drink, please don’t drive. Even if your Uber costs $1,000 it’s still cheaper than a DUI or losing your life.

The food plan is still holding strong! Someone asked me if I ever get bored of eating steak and eggs every day, and I honestly do not. I love steak and eggs. A few years ago, when I use to just eat chicken or ground turkey every day, that definitely got boring. But for some reason, I look forward to my big steak and egg lunch each day.

8 am ๐Ÿ‘‰ 11.2 oz coconut water, 1 scoop collagen peptides and 1 scoop whey protein blended with 12 oz mixed fruit, 1 banana, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, 5g creatine, green tea, and brewed cacao. 

12 pm ๐Ÿ‘‰ 6 chicken eggs scrambled with ¾ oz cheese in 2 oz butter with salt and hot sauce. About 20 oz of fried beef with salt, hot sauce, and magnesium.

Sparkling water as needed.
