Life is a Gift 🎁

Everyday you are alive is a miracle. Life is precious and we must appreciate what little time we have. The only thing we are really in control of is our health. Staying healthy is a lifestyle. 


When you live the Chiropractic lifestyle you are living a life with optimal function. It's really not that hard, it's just making the right choices. I've done all the hard work and experimentation. After many years of trials and tribulations I have it all figured out. 


The Chiropractic Lifestyle is simple and I've made learning it super simple. All you have to do is follow my lead. Sure, you may want to change the amount you eat, the kind of exercises you do and your frequency of spine care, but overall it's the same. 


If it works for me, it will work for you. Follow my lead and be healthy!

1:30 pm 6 chicken eggs scrambled and fried in 2 oz butter and salt.  2 lbs pan-fried beef, salt, hot sauce, and 8 cups black coffee, and occasionally(usually weekends) 2 oz heavy cream.


5 pm ~ 3,500 mg salt with 1 scoop magnesium electrolyte powder in carbonated water


9 pm ~ 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein blended with 8 oz blueberries, 8 oz strawberries, 1 scoop organic green powder, 5 g magnesium/calcium powder and 5 g creatine.

253 grams Protein

143 grams Fat

50 grams Carbohydrates
