Living The Dream ðŸ’Ļ

I guess we have to wait another month before they open up the gyms. It's crazy to think that the gyms have been closed for almost 5 months! I hope they never do this again. 

The only thing we can control is how we are eating and how we are taking care of our spines. Stick to the food plan and stay regular with your spine care.

Even though the gyms are still closed you can do lots of body weight exercises. Like pull-ups, push-ups, squats, single legged squats, sit-ups, handstand push-ups, climbing stairs, sprints, biking, and hiking. 

The key is consistency! Do your exercises at least 3 times per week and you will be just fine.
