Good Food Good Fuel

There are many factors in staying healthy. I try to keep it simple with the Chiropractic Lifestyle. 

The 3 pillars consist of a healthy spine, healthy food, and healthy exercise. These 3 things can keep a person alive with optimal function for a lifetime. 

Successful people do things that unsuccessful people won't do on a consistent basis. If you follow my lead and do what I do, on a regular basis, you to can achieve good health for life.

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:


1 pm 6 chicken eggs scrambled and fried in 2 oz butter and salt.  2 lbs pan-fried beef, salt, hot sauce, and 8 cups black coffee, and occasionally 2 oz heavy cream.


5 pm ~ 3,500 mg salt with 1 scoop magnesium electrolyte powder in carbonated water


9 pm ~ 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein blended with 8 oz blueberries, 8 oz strawberries, 1 scoop organic green powder, 5 g magnesium/calcium powder, 5 g creatine and occasionally sea salt popcorn.

Total Calories:  2,600

253 grams Protein

143 grams Fat

50 grams Carbohydrates
